Writing The ADHD Weasel, a weekly newsletter helping 36k+ late-diagnosed women understand the science behind ADHD and feel less alone. It began as a food-waste app in 2022; 250+ interviews with ADHDers, dietitians, and coaches later, it became an education company, and those conversations kept running. A 290k community on Threads grew out of sharing the research notes in public.
